New Clients

If you are new to Whitehouse Hair, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. This allows us time to collect the information we need to ensure your treatment is tailored to your needs.

Arrival Time

We ask that all clients arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled time. This gives us time to prepare you, and guarantees you receive your full treatment

Late Arrivals

In order to ensure all our clients receive the same quality service, if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment your allotted treatment time will be reduced. This avoids us inconveniencing other clients.

Cancellations

50% of your booked service will be payable if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. 

Gift Vouchers

We are excited to offer Whitehouse Hair Gift Vouchers, so you can introduce your family and friends to the Whitehouse family.

Children

As much as we love children, we ask that you please respect that Whitehouse Hair is a child-free zone.  This ensures total peace and tranquility during your visit with us.

Mobile Phones

Our preference is that our clients relax whilst being pampered at Whitehouse Hair. We understand that there are times when you may need to use your phone, but we do ask that you keep it on silent during your visit.

Payment

At Whitehouse Hair we accept cash, Eftpos, VISA, Mastercard and American Express. There are no surcharges on any credit cards.
